Hunting and Fishing in Idaho
Idaho has a lot of hunters and fisherman in the state. Some of the popular big game animals that are hunted in Idaho include deer, elk, antelope, black bear, and moose. Small game that are hunted are coyotes, rabbits, geese, ducks, and pheasants. People mainly hunt for food; although sometimes it’s just for sport and competition.
I hunt to bond with my family members and put food on the table. Camping is a big part of hunting for me. I feel like everyone should be able to experience the opportunity and explore nature. A lot of good food can be made with wild game. Some of my favorite things to make are deer jerky, elk steak, and deer finger steaks.
I find hunting very peaceful, my favorite animals to hunt are deer and turkey.
